Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tesla Vault (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

2. Independent Reseller

Tesla Vault is an independent reseller of pre-owned Tesla vehicles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

3. Reservations & Order Fee

Placing a reservation requires payment of a $250 non-refundable Order Fee. This fee is applied toward the final purchase price at completion. The Order Fee is not refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the buyer.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Inspection & Warranty

Every vehicle undergoes a 200-point inspection. Battery health reports are provided for transparency. Remaining factory warranty is transferable where applicable. Extended warranty options are available at checkout.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery windows are 2–4 weeks for domestic (US) orders and 3–6 weeks for international. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tesla Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or purchase of any vehicle. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
